Late Friday afternoon before the Labor Day holiday weekend, SAG Corporation, a service-disabled veteran-owned small business, was asked to host a 10 party conference call the following Tuesday. This being our first opportunity to host such a large call, we scrambled to quickly find a conference call provider to accommodate our last minute requirement. We tried several companies with no success-left messages, waited on hold, had to have a telephone account-then we were fortunate to find the on-line Conference Calls Unlimited add. One call to the number listed and we were on our way to making the necessary arrangements for our Tuesday morning call.
Our Conference Calls Unlimited point of contact, Chaz Czinder, patiently walked us through the process of setting up an account and getting everything lined up for Tuesday. He delivered considerate set-up service and professional follow-up to ensure our every need was met. Our conference call went off without a hitch.
The cost of the call was surprisingly reasonable and the service pricing options very convenient. We will use Conference Calls Unlimited for future calls.
